Performance requires Focus on the Company.
An Integrated Management System (IMS) combines an organization’s systems and processes into one framework, which enables the Management - leaders to focus on the organization as a whole. I call this process – “Identify”, “Insure”, “Improve”.
Risks & opportunities tied with its processes are identified, with strategic prioritized measureable planning for performance. Management then insures its operational support and controls to manage these areas. To improve, ongoing monitoring and measurement enables the leaders to analyze whether the MS achieves its intended outcome(s).

These objectives are prioritised and directed to the sustainability, innovation, creativity and recognition of employees for the success of the organization and the management of its quality (customer satisfaction), environment (prevention of pollution and sustainability), health and safety (prevention of injury and ill health) and financial needs (profitability), shaping its success and contributing to society.
